    Captured! By Robots Fall 2003 US / Canadian Tour “The Ten Commandments Tour”

“So let it be written, so let it be done”, said Pharaoh Rameses the first.
With those few simple words, he destined every newborn male child from the Hebrew slaves of Goshen to death. With that same edict, he started a a chain of events that he could have never imagined.
To save her son from death, the hebrew slave Yoshabel put her faith in the lord, and set her son upon the water of the river Nile. The baby floated down the river and was rescued by Bithia, the daughter of the very Pharaoh who declared death to the first-born of Israel. This child will become the deliverer of the Hebrew slaves and bring them to freedom using the power of the Lord.

I saw this movie “The Ten Commandments” by Cecil B. DeMille over and over, year after year, every single Passover. I loved this movie,the incredible story and the beautiful colors, the symphonic music and the awesome effects. The acting was stellar; Charlton Heston as Moses, Yul Brenner as Rameses, Anne Baxter at Nefreteri, and the legendary Edward G. Robinson as Dathan.
I am not a religious zealot, nor do I necessarily believe in the New Testament. What I do appreciate is the story of my people , the Hebrews of Goshen. Being a Jew, it makes me happy to have a story about my people, the chosen people, for a change. Christians seem to speak alot about the Ten Commandments, while it was actually a Hebrew (Moses) who brought them down from Mt Sinai.
So what to do to pay tribute to my Jewish brethren, and this incredible movie? The Captured! By Robots “Ten Commandments Tour”.
This musical version of the movie version of the Ten Commandments will be performed by myself (JBOT) and all the robots in the C!BR.
We will divide the movie up into 10 songs, and will play varying styles of music depending on the scenes, from old school funk, to brutal metal.
We will each be playing the actor who plays each biblical character in the movie, the cast will be the following:
